1. Go to TikTok Shop plugin on Zetpy.

2. Click Bulk Title & Description button.

3. Click Download button.

4. The Excel file will saved into your device. Open the Excel file.

5. In the Excel file, you should be able to see these details below:

• Product ID

• Tiktok Item ID

• SKU

• Title 

• Description

6. Modify the details in the Title and Description column.

*Extra Note:

• Update only the Title and Description content

• The original Title and Description will remain if the cell is left empty

• Upload the File > Save > The content will be updated

• Do NOT amend the content of the following columns: Product ID, TikTok Item ID and SKU

• Do NOT add, remove, or rename any column headers

*Remember to save after modifying

7. Go back to Zetpy > Tiktok Shop Plugin > Bulk Title & Description Update. Click Choose a file.

8. Choose the file that you have recently edited just now. Once uploaded a new file, the system will show green pop-up message "Validated Succesfully".

9. Then, click the Save button. 

10. Please wait a while after click save button. The system will show a green pop-up message "Success" once the name and description has been updated successfully.
