How to add/remove Variation SKU in WooCommerce Plugin

How user can add/remove Variation SKU in WooCommerce Online Store. After that, find the item ID and share us for re-importation.

How to add/remove Variation SKU in WooCommerce

 

*Notes: When adding a new variation SKU in WooCommerce Online Store, make sure to add a UNIQUE SKU if the product isn't sold anywhere else. This helps identify it easily. If you're already selling the product on other marketplaces, use the same SKU to make sure the stock are tally among other channel.

 

  1. Log in to your WooCommerce Online Store account.
  2. Navigate to your product listings.



  3. Look for the product listing that you want to edit by searching the Product SKU or Item ID.
  4. Click on Edit button of the product and navigate to the Attributes section under Product data.



  5. To add a new variation SKU, you need to add a new variation in attributes (Symbol | which is above the Enter key) " | Orange" and click on Save attributes button.

  6. After that, go to Variations and click on Regenerate variations button. It will create a new listing of your new variations, click on the Edit of the new listing.



  7. Fill in the necessary details such as SKU, price, quantity, etc.

  8. To remove a variation SKU, select the SKU you want to remove and choose the option to delete or remove it from the variations.



  9. Once you've made the necessary changes, click on Save changes button.

 

To find the item ID for re-importation:

  1. After saving your changes, go back to your product listing.
  2. Look for the product listing that you have modified.
  3. The item ID should be under product name.



  4. Copy the item ID.
  5. Email the item ID and shop name to support@zetpy.com for re-importation. You can mark the title as "Please help to reimport"
  6. We will reply the email once the reimport process is done.

 

Important Note!

After done reimport, you must do once stock update in product core to make sure all the stock are tally.
