If you encountered this sync error message in the WooCommerce plugin, please make sure ( MUST-DO ):

1. MUST whitelist our IP addresses below:

  • 52.76.220.71
  • 18.136.75.246
  • 121.123.49.98

 

Please ask your hosting provider to whitelist both of our IP addresses above, in order to avoid the IP being blocked by your hosting or any firewall. 

If you have already done the 2 instructions above, you tried to resync again and still get the same error as below, kindly contact our support  support@zetpy.com.
