How to Use Custom Label to Tag and Track Orders in Zetpy

Custom Label lets you create your own internal tags (e.g. Return Parcel Received, Inspected, Restocked, Damaged Parcel) and attach them to orders — so your warehouse and operations team can track handling status at a glance, without touching the order's actual status.

Last updated on 18 Aug, 2026

Note: Custom Labels are for internal use only. They are not shown to customers or synced to marketplaces, and they do not affect order status, stock movement, invoice sync, POS sync, or fulfillment.
